story.location :Dômes de Miage, Mont Blanc range
story.conditions :Icy dawn -10°C light wind
story.intention :Climbing early in the morning on the dome of Miage to enjoy the soft light on the snowy ridges. I used a wide angle to bring out the different layers of mountains. I wanted to render the softness of the snowy ridges, and the morning light allowed me to accentuate the contrasts between shadows and lights on the snow.
