Data controller

Alix Grados Photography, 12 allée Joachim du Bellay, 74940 Annecy (France) - alix.grados@gmail.com.

Data collected

When you place an order: first and last name, delivery address, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your order. When you use the contact form: the information you enter. Card details are entered directly with Stripe: we neither receive nor store them. Your browser locally stores your cart, favourites, language, theme and cookie choice.

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of a contract: processing, shipping and following up your order. Legal obligation: bookkeeping and keeping invoices. Legitimate interest: site security, cookie-free audience measurement and site improvement. Consent: analytics and advertising cookies.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting and cookie-free audience measurement), Amazon Web Services (image delivery and internal order notification), carriers (delivery) and, if you accept cookies, Google (analytics and advertising). We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States, with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention periods

Order data and invoices: 10 years, in line with accounting obligations. Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request. Cookie choice: kept in your browser until you clear or change it.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary storage (cart, favourites, language, theme, remembering your choice) does not require consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to alix.grados@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
