1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of fine art photographic prints by Alix Grados Photography via the website. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products
The photographs are offered as high-quality fine art prints. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity. Three presentation options are available:
- Simple A4 print (21x29.7cm)
- Black aluminum frame
- Floating frame (American box)
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Shipping fees are extra and specified at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but orders will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The order will be processed after payment validation.
5. Delivery
Prints are carefully packaged and shipped via a specialized carrier. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
7. Intellectual Property
The purchase of a photographic print does not entail any transfer of copyright. Prints are for strictly personal use. Any commercial use or reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
8. Warranty
Prints are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. In case of receiving a damaged print, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
