What is the quality of the prints?
Our prints are produced on premium Fine Art paper with professional pigment inks guaranteed for 100 years. Each print is individually checked before shipping.
What is a limited edition?
Each photograph is printed in a maximum of 30 numbered copies. Once all 30 prints are sold, the photograph is no longer available, guaranteeing the exclusivity of your acquisition.
What is the delivery time?
Each print is made to order. Allow 5-7 working days for production and then 3-5 days for delivery in mainland France. International delivery: 7-14 days.
How are the prints packaged?
Your prints are protected in premium shock-resistant packaging: reinforced cardboard tube for formats up to A3, wooden crate for larger formats. Protection guaranteed during transport.
What formats are available?
We offer three standard formats: A4 (21×29.7cm), A3 (29.7×42cm) and A2 (42×59.4cm). The format may vary slightly depending on the original ratio of the photograph.
Do you offer framing?
Yes, we offer quality wooden frames with mat and anti-reflective glass. Frames are hand-assembled and shipped ready to hang.
What is your return policy?
Given the personalized nature of the prints (numbered and signed), returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defect or damage during transport. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Do you receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each print is accompanied by a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity, indicating the details of the work, the edition number and the technical characteristics of the print.
